Pilates and Personal Training Now at RSM & SCOR Physical Therapy!
Take Physical Therapy to the next level with our Post-Rehabilitation training.
Whether you want to lose weight, increase fitness, return to sport or increase core strength, our functional and integrated training methods will help you achieve a balanced and strong body.
We are excited to announce the addition of Pilates to our training program, as well as the addition of the Pilates Reformer to our facilities! Pilates increases core strength, stability, balance, proprioception, posture, and flexibility.
It is focused on developing balanced strength throughout the body, and trains the body to move efficiently and correctly in functional movement patterns.
Best of all, these principles easily transfer to weight training and exercises on the GTS machines, getting a more intense and efficient workout with better core stability, form and flexibility.
Pilates is beneficial for EVERYONE! Our trainers love working with all types and all fitness levels and will find a program that works for you. Call us today to schedule your complimentary 30-minute consultation.
If you are serious about reaching your fitness goals, this program is for you. Each one-on-one 60-minute session is designed specifically for your needs and goals, and will progress using many different methods of training utilizing Pilates core mat work, GTS, and traditional functional weight training.
